Terence John Le Sueur has been banned as a director.

Auckland businessman Terence John Le Sueur, also known as Terry, has been banned from managing a company for 10 years.

Le Sueur founded wholesale nuts, dried fruit and grains supplier, Nutra Foods.

The former bankrupt is listed on the Companies Office as the sole director and shareholder of NFL Foods, incorporated in July 2023.

He was also listed as the sole director and shareholder of Attitude Foods (2018), which was liquidated in July 2023 by Nutra Foods 2011, another Le Sueur company that was itself wound up over unpaid tax in February 2022.

Le Sueur has been prohibited from being a director or promoter of a company, or having any part in managing one, until October 2036, the Registrar of Companies said.
